Travelling party: Seniors

This is an excellent small campsite , with mixture of well shaded and sunny pitches most quite large and thus spaces between units more than adequate.
Toilets and showers very clean with plenty of hot water.
Nice above ground pool in secluded garden area with sunny and shady spots
what really makes this place is current owners Alex and Hester who went out of their way to be helpful with particular attention to my wife\'s dietary needs and requirement to eat Gluten free..
Simple evening meals were available and owners made sure guests seated so not left out. Mainly dutch visitors when we were there but we were made very welcome by them .
We had booked , with very quick email response , for couple of nights to chill on journey south and stayed an extra day also stayed on way home north as location suited our journey and we had enjoyed previous stay so much even though alt options are available . Owners are changing at end of this season so hopefully new incumbents will maintain warm welcome and good luck Alex and Hester and dogs in Portugal
