Gondrin, Gers is home to the beautiful Camping La Brouquère, an intimate campsite. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, everyone needs space to enjoy the great outdoors and a little relaxation. And this campsite certainly offers you space. This small, intimate terraced camp site offers which are marked out, pitches with shade, pitches without shade and pitches with some shade. Spaciously laid out camping pitches make it possible to camp in a quiet and pleasant way. A stay here will bring guaranteed rest, space and freedom.

This site has a lovely or an outdoor swimming pool, so what could be more enjoyable than a refreshing dip in the water? You will want for nothing on this campsite. And if you don't fancy cooking, then don't worry, as the campsite has snack bar. For those who wish to make contact with the outside world, you can access the internet with your own laptop in 80%-100% of the camp site. All in all, the intimate, friendly nature of this campsite make it the ideal location for a carefree holiday.

Travelling party: Couple

What can we say? We have spent over 1500 nights caravanning in Europe over the last 20 years. This site has to be in our top three sites of all times. We can\'t be more exact than that, or else we would never get back there again. It would be full with you lot!

To be fair, it is a very Dutch site, but some of our best friends are Dutch! Sonia and Wouter make superb hosts. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. They run the site on their own and have developed it over the years themselves.

There are only about 20 pitches. These range in size from large to enormous. Many have shade, but some have full sunshine. The facilities are wonderful. The pool is beautiful. The chemical toilet emptying station is second to none in the entire world - and we really mean that! The site is well tended with surrounding grassy meadows complete with a range of orchid species.

On several evenings each week, Sonja and Wouter arrange communal dining sessions. Home cooked food (deliberately not local French cuisine) is served to up to 25 or 30 campers. Super experience. This is the way to meet fellow campers.

The area around Gondrin is very picturesque with some interesting bastides nearby including the oldest in France and the only circular one in existence. Good countryside walks and good local restaurants.

We went for three days and stayed a fortnight.

So, in summary, you REALLY won\'t like this campsite Please don\'t go and fill the place. Leave space for us!!!
