Gesten, Southern Denmark is home to the beautiful Gesten Camping, an intimate campsite. This small, intimate camp site with sloping grounds offers pitches with shade, pitches without shade and pitches with some shade. Travelling party: Couple

Large grassland site with space for several dozen visiting campervans / campers which could add up to a 100+ visitors at a time. Grass looks nice and well kept, but the facilities are wholly inadequate. ONLY two showers and 4 toilets for the whole campsite and they were not particularly clean. Oddly all can be used by women but men are restricted to half these facilities only which is a first for me. Only one place to wash dishes, no hot water. Very disappointing.
