our bi annual visit to this site did not disappoint. peaceful site, well positioned for visiting all the local places of interest. clean and eficient facilities if a little dated.
Hermann and Ursula were charming hosts as usual and the food is still wonderful in the restaurant. best salad dressing ever.
my 14 year old says the holiday only starts when we arrive here.
see you again next year so stock up on the schnitzels.

A lovely site arrived at by coincidence due to our site on the Rhine being flooded, glad we did as it is only about five minutes from the river and it is peaceful, quiet & friendly. A good area for bikers and hikers is allocated near main site. Clean site with nice pitches and amenities. Would definitely go again.

Our favourite campsite in Germany. It's always the start of our annual tour of Germany, Austria and Italy. The owner is a great host and the campsite is simple and peaceful.
We have been to loads of "flash" sites but always end up wanting to get back here. Lovely walk into St. Goar from here.
The food in his restaurant is simple but all freshly prepared, try the omelettes with chips and salad, cheap and tasty.
All facilities are well maintained and clean although certainly not modern. We are looking forward to our visits in July and August.

We were very disappointed with this site. Poorly laid out. Inadequate sanitary facilities. I do not know how it could be a 15 euro site.
