We visited by chance out of season, arrived during rest time, and promptly broke down outside the entrance blocking entrance.
Lady owner was a delight, really helpful, allowing us to use her phone to contact RAC, and offering kindness and good humour. First mechanic was able to hot wire the van, bypassing the ignition, and got us to a plot on the site, owner told us not to worry about paperwork, wait until we decided what we wanted to do, next day another mechanic managed to make driving safe for us, so we went to a Peugeot garage, leaving a heap of equipment on the plot but nothing else.
They refused to help so returned to site still no further forward. Owner reassured us again not to worry.
The site itself is small and quiet, with a mix of shaded, partial shade and sunshine. Loos are spotlessly clean, showers a little small but again spotless. Access to water to fill tanks is on the upper level from a fire hose (it is a fire risk zone in the area), and Madame advised not really for drinking (few sites tell you this but as a rule the water isn\'t drinking water in the southern half of France), fine for dishes, cooking but not drinking.
No identified area to empty grey water, although Mme does show you a place that empties into her septic tanks.
No free WiFi, and signals aren\'t brilliant in the area, but that isn\'t her fault.
Mme works like a Trojan to keep on top of things, and in some areas it is clear that its a work in progress to get things ready for the season, but I have e no doubt that she will get there!
Not a site if you want bingo, discos etc., but if you want to relax, go on bike rides and walks etc I\'d say the site is fantastic
